a. I think the main differences between a hard news story and an opinions piece is that it can be written from the writer's perspective, it doesn't have to have quotes, and it can be very opinionated

b. I don't think there are many photos on the page because it is not covering an event, so there wouldn't be any photography for the piece.

c. Three good topics to write an opinions piece on could be the bombings, Trump in general and the recent interest in vegetarianism or veganism.
