Student of the Month Questions
1. Why do you think you deserve to be student of the month?
I think that I deserve to be Student of the Month because I'm a hard worker when it comes to school.
2. What have you done to earn this?
I've stayed on top of my school work and put school before anything else.
3. What is your daily school routine?
I go to school, go to all my classes, and then go home to do all my homework.
4. How often do you study?
I study almost everyday, especially on days when I don't have a lot of homework or projects.
5. Why do you think it is important to study?
I think its important to study because it helps you better in school and on tests as well as help you understand what you are learning.
6. Who has helped you become student of the month?
My parents and my teachers helped me become SOTM.
7. What is the hardest thing you have to do for school? How do you push through it?
The hardest thing for me in school is math and I push through it by studying and making sure I understand.
8. What are your goals?
My goals are to get straight A's and to be a starting player on my lacrosse team.
9. What is your favorite class? Why?
My favorite class us science becasue I like ask the different things you can learn in that class.
10. What is your least favorite class? Why?
My least favorite class is math because I've always struggle with it and I don't find it that fun.
11. What helps you do homework?
Remembering to focus helps me do homework.
12. Do you use electronics while doing homework? (Watching T.V., listening to music, etc.)
I listen to music while doing homework but I don't use any other electronics because it would distract me.
13. What was the hardest thing about becoming student of the month?
The hardest thing about becoming student of the month is the pressure on me to keep doing well in school.
14. How do you think people would describe you?
I think people would describe me as quiet and hardworking.
15. What extracurricular activities do you do outside of school?
I play lacrosse and I am involved in some clubs.
16. Are you involved in any clubs or sports at school?
I am in lacrosse, key club, and Red Cross club.
17. What is the best tip that you've learned over the years for school?
Just to work hard and to stay focused on your school work.
18. Who's your favorite teacher? Why?
My favorite teacher is Mr. Stamply because he makes class fun and you learn a lot in his class.
19. What is the #1 thing that you should never do for school? (Procrastinate, not sleep, etc.)
The #1 thing that you should never do for school is get behind on your work because it is very hard to catch up.
20. What classes do you take? Are there any you regret taking?
I take pre-AP biology, pre-AP geography, regular ELA, regular math, photojournalism, PE and Spanish 1.
