Cubic Houses, Netherlands
1. Piet Blom2. 1974-1977
3. Rotterdam and Helmond, Netherlands
4. Yes, but only some of them because they can be used as real houses
5. No, but they can be rented for $178 a night
6. The architect says that they houses are built to resemble trees, and together a forest to maximize space.
7. I picked this building because it sounded interesting, but one I actually got to see it I really liked the bright colors and weird shape. The formations of the buildings are pretty cool, too, and it is a great spot to take pictures. I also really liked the backstory of them and how Piet Blom's creative vision led to such amazing buildings.
Atomium, Belgium
2. 1958
3. Brussels, Belgium
4. You can visit
5. No
6. The building was made to resemble an atom molecule and was closed until 2007 for construction
7. I picked this building because it looks really cool and seems like it was really hard to build. The giant structure also has a restaurant on the top which looks out over Brussels. I also picked this because I want to travel when I'm older, and this would definitely be someplace I would like to visit.
Eden project, United Kingdom
2. 2001
3. Cornwall, England
4. You can visit
5. No
6. It was built in a clay pit to provide a realistic rainforest to benefit the environment
7. I picked this building because it looks really plain and boring on the outside, but it is beautiful on the inside. I also like how it is open to the public to visit and photograph. Many describe it as "a vacation" to come here, which is pretty cool because it is basically a mini rainforest.
Turning Torso, Sweden

2. 2005
3. Scandinavia, Sweden
4. You can visit it
5. $220 million
6. It was build to re-establish a skyline after one of the old skyscrapers was taken down
7. I liked this building because it reminds me of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I like the colors of the building itself and how it isn't just like any normal skyscraper, it's twisted. I think that this building was really creative and unique to it's town.
Stone House, GuimarĂ£es, Portugal
1. Unknown
2. 1972
3. Fafe, Northern Portugal
4.You can visit it
5. No
6. It was originally just a holiday destination for owners, but is now a museum
7. I picked this building because it reminded me of a house on a show I used to watch. The show was about weird houses all over the world and I'm pretty sure this house was featured. The inside is also really cool because it is covered with branches and trees.
